The condo is an end unit, decorated in tropical bamboo, with floor to ceiling glass doors enabling an exquisite view and breeze. There is an air conditioner. The colors of seafoam green and peach dominate the unit.

The master bedroom opens to the lanai, has a private bathroom, separate dressing room and queen sized bed. The guest bedroom has twin beds, the second bathroom is across the hall and includes the washer/dryer.

The living room opens to the lanai. There is a large sectional TV with cable, VCR and answering machine. Windows with views of glorious flowers, palms and trees with starburst berry blossoms that tempt the cardinals and canaries surround the dining alcove. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a bar.
